The Rotary Club of San Antonio, supported by local merchants, will sponsor a free Halloween Festival for children of the community on Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the San Antonio City Park.  Games will include a Pumpkin Toss and Fish Pond, and a fortune teller will be on hand to look into the future.  The costume parade will begin at 7:00 p.m., with prizes including gift certificates from local merchants.  All children will receive treats of candy, snacks, and toys.  A cake walk will take place throughout the evening, with homemade cakes as prizes (cost $.50).  Lemonade and iced tea will be served from the witch's caldron at no charge.
